What is OASIS+?
The OASIS+ Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) is a government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition program designed to meet the mission needs of agencies by providing a full range of professional service requirements that integrate multiple disciplines and ancillary services and products to achieve a total solution.
OASIS+ provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services through 8 Domains: Management & Advisory, Technical & Engineering, Research & Development, Intelligence Services, Environmental, Facilities, Logistics, and Enterprise Solutions.

What is DHA Omnibus IV?
Omnibus IV is a Multiple Award (MA) Military Medical Research and Development Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract sponsored by DHA. This contract vehicle encompasses a broad range of military Medical Research and Development (R&D) activities and services that will support the future of R&D programs at the Department of Defense (DoD). Omnibus IV has a 10-year ordering period and a $10 billion ceiling.
